Our Dream
Creating retreats that are thoughtfully designed for women—cis women and trans women alike—who are ready to embrace a fully authentic feminine journey, are at the core of what we do. Rooted in the celebration of womanhood in all its forms, our retreats offer a unique opportunity to explore, relax, and connect in a supportive and empowering environment.
As long-time advocates and passionate supporters of the transgender community, Cassandra, Liz, and Kristy have observed a gap in resources for trans women who have moved beyond the initial steps often addressed at transgender conferences. Our retreats are a manifestation of our shared dream to create a space where this community, which includes all women, can come together to celebrate femininity, find relaxation, and experience the joy of true sisterhood.
"I loved the format,
the combination of activities
and mostly the smiles,
good vibes & positive energy
from our three hosts.
THANK YOU!"

Yogi
Cassandra Storm
Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher
Holistic Practitioner
Cassandra Storm is a compassionate and intuitive trauma-informed yoga teacher and holistic practitioner who helps women, teens, and families reconnect their hearts, minds, and bodies to awaken their inner power, peace, and purpose. She is the co-creator of CLK Events and co-chairs a world-renowned gender diversity conference that affirms and uplifts transgender and gender-diverse individuals.
Once a professional photographer, Cassandra began her journey with the gender-diverse community in 2012, capturing portraits that reflected the peace and beauty of living authentically. That path led to the creation of My Feminine Heart in 2020—an online platform offering goddess-inspired yoga, uplifting personal stories, and a loving, affirming community space created especially for trans-femme individuals and their allies.
A Reiki Master for 25 years and a practicing yogi for over 20, Cassandra earned her 200-hour RYT in 2019. She specializes in trauma-informed yoga and teaches teens in foster care and residential treatment programs. Her holistic services include sound healing and equine healing, offering powerful pathways for release, integration, and self-trust.
As a Wild Woman Circle leader, Cassandra holds sacred space for women, female veterans, teens, and families to explore authenticity, embodiment, and deep emotional healing—both online and in retreat settings.
In 2022, she was honored as Member of the Year by the Keystone Business Alliance for her outreach in the LGBTQ+ community.

Kristy Snow
Keystone Conference
Co-Founder and Co-Chair,
TransCentralPA
President & Co-Founder
For over 20 years, Kristy Snow has been a community leader and advocate. The sole remaining founding member of TransCentralPA and the Keystone Conference, she has dedicated herself to helping trans-identifying individuals find their path while also supporting their families and partners. She has also volunteered her time and skills with several other gender events and organizations across the country. Besides volunteerism, Kristy’s interests include hiking, snow skiing, wine, and movies.
As Kristy began to accept and explore her own femininity, she realized that by helping others, she was slowly revealing her true self and recognizing her own needs. And understanding that our needs change, Kristy believes that the "Letting Go" in the Lancaster Retreat is the next step forward for her and others who are dedicated to their journeys of self-discovery, acceptance, and growth.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is It Okay If I Am New To Yoga?
Absolutely! Yoga is for everybody and every body. If you can breathe, you can do yoga. Yoga will be accessible for you whether you are an experienced yogi or would prefer the comfort of a chair. Body movement, no matter how big or small is a key component to the mind, body and spirit connection we are embodying.
After you have registered for our retreat, you will receive a free yoga video from Cassandra Storm, guiding beginners who are ready to embark on their new yoga journey and all yogis who wish to tap into Cassandra's fun and unique class style ahead of the retreat.

What Is Mindset Work?
Mindset "work" involves exploring, understanding, and reshaping thought patterns, beliefs, and attitudes that may be limiting or hindering personal growth.
This is an opportunity where we create a positive and empowering mental foundation that supports us in realizing our potential, fostering resilience, and embracing personal transformation. Our tools include breath work, journaling and meditation.

What If I Am Nervous Around Horses?
On Saturday, we will be stepping beyond the studio and immersing ourselves in all the healing aspects of nature at a stunning, countryside farm. Our day will include our regular program of mindset, meditation, breath work and yoga with the additions of sound healing and equine learning . . . with tranquil alternatives for those who are not inclined to spend time with the horses. We will not be riding horses but enjoying special equine learning activities designed to calm the mind and soothe the soul.
“God made doctors to help heal the body.
But he made horses to help heal the soul.”

What Is Sound Healing?
As we progress through our retreat, we will be taking our meditations to a deeper level through the aid of Certified Sound Practitioner Sarah Paz Hyde. Using a variety of instruments providing different sound vibrations along with the soothing melody of her voice, Sarah will reawaken your heart and renew your spirit during meditation. This is an auditory, relaxation meditation activity.

Rejuvenating Options for Thursday Afternoon
One of the beautiful differences found at Letting Go in Lancaster is how we allow our mind, body and spirit to relax and fully absorb the transformation we experience in our mindset, meditation and yoga. Following our morning of self-reflection, we transition to rejuvenating activities if you wish to join others at the spa or at the hotel for an afternoon-in.
