Liason
Kristy Snow
Keystone Conference
Co-Founder and Co-Chair,
TransCentralPA
President & Co-Founder
For over 20 years, Kristy Snow has been a community leader and advocate. The sole remaining founding member of TransCentralPA and the Keystone Conference, she has dedicated herself to helping trans-identifying individuals find their path while also supporting their families and partners. She has also volunteered her time and skills with several other gender events and organizations across the country. Besides volunteerism, Kristy’s interests include hiking, snow skiing, wine, and movies.
As Kristy began to accept and explore her own femininity, she realized that by helping others, she was slowly revealing her true self and recognizing her own needs. And understanding that our needs change, Kristy believes that the "Letting Go" in the Lancaster Retreat is the next step forward for her and others who are dedicated to their journeys of self-discovery, acceptance, and growth.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is It Okay If I Am New To Yoga?
Absolutely. Yoga is for every body. Whether you’re brand new, experienced, or prefer the comfort of a chair, all movement is gently guided and fully accessible. Even small movements can create a powerful mind-body connection.
After you register, you’ll receive a free beginner-friendly yoga video from Cassandra to help you feel comfortable and confident before the retreat.

What Is Mindset Work?
Mindset work helps you notice and shift the thoughts and beliefs that hold you back. Through breathwork, journaling, and meditation, we create a more supportive inner space for clarity, resilience and personal growth.

What If I Am Nervous Around Horses?
That’s completely okay. Saturday of Letting Go in Lancaster takes place at a peaceful countryside farm, where you can enjoy mindset work, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and yoga . . . with or without the horses.
All equine experiences are on the ground (no riding) and designed to be calm, safe, and soothing. If you’d rather not be near the horses, tranquil alternatives are always available, so you can participate in whatever feels right for you. Equine assisted learning is a part of our signature women’s retreat and may be an optional addition to corporate leadership transformational experiences and private groups.
“God made doctors
to help heal the body.
But he made horses
to help heal the soul.”

What Is Sound Healing?
Sound healing is always a treat at Letting Go in Lancaster and we have enjoyed having Certified Sound Practitioner Sarah Paz Hyde guide our meditations using her voice and a variety of instruments. These sound vibrations support deep relaxation, heart-opening, and inner renewal. Sound healing meditations may be an optional addition for private groups and corporate gatherings as well.
Our Mission
CLK Events is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating affirming, inclusive, and transformational wellness experiences rooted in feminine energy, healing, and connection. We design retreats, workshops, and community events that support emotional healing, personal growth, and authentic self-expression.
We create trauma-informed, LGBTQ+-affirming spaces where cisgender women, transgender women, TGNCNBI, non-binary people who identify with feminine energy, gender-diverse individuals, allies, and inclusive organizations are welcomed and celebrated. Our gatherings blend mind-body practices, spiritual healing, creative expression, and community connection to help participants feel safe, seen, and supported.
At CLK Events, we believe that true transformation happens when people come together in compassionate, supportive, and inclusive spaces. By gathering in feminine-centered community, we foster resilience, empowerment, healing, and belonging, for individuals and for the world we share.
