Retreat Registration
Lodging, Spa, Salon & Shopping Policy
Enjoy your stay at the beautiful Lancaster Arts Hotel, where we’ve secured special group rates exclusively for our retreat guests. Once registered, you’ll receive a private booking link to reserve your room within our block. The cost of the hotel is not included in any of the retreat packages.
Additional self-care experiences are available paid to providers at DRIFT Spa and ENVY Studio. Lindsey Taub will also be available on Saturday afternoon for an optional group shopping excursion at an additional cost paid directly to Lindsey Taub. If you'd like to book services and join other attendees, we recommend securing your appointments after registering. A special booking code and links will be provided upon confirmation of your retreat registration.
Guests are welcome and encouraged to venture into Lancaster City to explore, shop and enjoy all the downtown experiences. Your package does not include items you purchase while shopping, meals/drinks/etc. outside of the designated group experiences.
Joining us early on Wednesday, Oct. 7? We cannot wait to celebrate with you before the retreat officially begins at 7 pm on Thursday, Oct. 8. Any transportation, spa/salon services, shopping, meals/drinks/etc. purchased before the retreat begins at 7 pm on Thursday are to be paid directly by the guest and are not a part of any retreat package.
Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy for Both Packages
(The Full Retreat Package and the Saturday Day Pass)
- Please reach out if necessary for a customized payment plan.
- 50% Deposit is due within 72 hours of registration
- Full amount due by September 1, 2026
- For cancellations after July 15, 2026, a 50% refund will be available.
- For cancellations after August 15, 2026, your payment is 25% refundable.
- For cancellations after September 1, 2026, a 25% credit will be applied to next year's event.
- For cancellations on or after October 3, 2026, the week of the retreat, no refund will be available.
