Enjoy your stay at the beautiful Lancaster Arts Hotel, where we’ve secured special group rates exclusively for our retreat guests. Once registered, you’ll receive a private booking link to reserve your room within our block.

Optional self-care experiences are available at DRIFT Spa and ENVY Studio. If you'd like to book services and join other attendees, we recommend securing your appointments after registering. A special booking code will be provided upon confirmation of your retreat registration.

Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

- Please reach out if necessary for a customized payment plan.

- $250  Reserves your spot

- Remaining 50% Deposit ($740) is required to maintain your spot by April 5, 2026

- Full amount due   by July 15, 2026.

- For cancellations after July 15, 2026, a 50% refund will be available.

- For cancellations after August 15, 2026, your payment is 25% refundable.

- For cancellations after September 1, 2026, a 25% credit will be applied to next year's event.

- For cancellations on or after October 3, 2026, the week of the retreat, no refund will be available.

- To cancel, please email us at info@CLKEvents.org. Please include your full name and email address that you registered with. Please cancel your hotel reservation directly with the hotel.
