Thursday, Day 2

Begin Your Registration Process
1.) Fill Out the Form Below
2.) You will receive an automatic reply once you fill out the form. This will reserve you one of the 33 spots available.
3.) We will then send you an invoice within 48 hours and directions on how to pay your deposit, or if you prefer, the entire amount. You have 72 hours to finalize your payment.
4.) You may pay in full upon receipt of your invoice or make a deposit of $895 within 72 hours, with the balance due on or before July 1.
5.) Once we receive your deposit, we'll reach out to coordinate your room reservation at the hotel. Registration includes your hotel room; King and Double Beds are standard. Upgraded rooms may be optional based upon availability. We can also coordinate an extended stay if you wish.

Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy
- 100% of your payment can be refunded up till June 1st, 2024.
- After June 2, 2024, a 50% refund will be available.
- After August 15th, a 25% refund will be available, with a 25% credit for our Retreat in 2025.
- After October 1st, a 25% credit for our Retreat in 2025 will be available.
