Whether it’s a women’s circle, nonprofit team, professional group, or family gathering, we can create a retreat on-site in Lancaster, at your chosen location, or virtually.
Who Can Join?
- Groups of 10 or more participants
- Ages 16 and up
- Open to all women, allies, and inclusive communities

Mindset & Transformation with Liz
- Guided mindset coaching sessions to clarify vision and release limiting beliefs
- Meditation and breathwork to reduce stress and refocus energy
- Team-building exercises designed to foster connection and collaboration
Yoga & Embodiment with Cassandra
- Trauma-informed yoga for all levels and abilities
- Body awareness, movement, and breath practices that help release tension
- Optional sound healing and Reiki sessions for a holistic experience
Nature & Experiential Learning Add-Ons
- Equine-assisted activities to foster trust, leadership, and mindfulness
- Guided walks, journaling, or creative workshops
